When did Solar
System Come Into Existence ?
Earlier there
was no Solar System. It is believed that a massive cloud of gas collapsed under
its own pressure. This cloud of gas was known as ‘solar nebula’.
Slowly, the
solar nebula become smaller and very hot. The clouds that made up the nebula
were composed mainly of hydrogen and helium and some other elements in a quite
less percentage. The nebula soon turned into a spinning ball of gas and dust
and collapsed to form the sun. The materials produced in the explosion formed
the planers and other heavenly bodies. The other remnants which were unused
moved far away into the space.
